Edvisery Education India Private Limited is a new professional-education company. We help working professionals find and enrol in the right MBA, PGDM, PG diploma and executive programmes, working through authorised admission partners of reputed institutes. Our approach is honest, profile-first guidance. We are at an early stage, and you will build our marketing engine from scratch alongside the founding team.
What you’ll do
• Plan, launch and run paid campaigns on Google Search, Meta and LinkedIn for working-professional audiences.
• Own the funnel end to end: lead → qualified lead → application → enrolment. Optimise for cost per qualified lead and cost per enrolment, not just lead volume.
• Build and test landing pages and lead forms with clear consent capture, and keep tracking correct (pixels, UTMs, conversion events).
• Manage the monthly ad budget against agreed targets and report weekly on spend, CPL, lead quality and conversion.
• Set up and maintain lead-source tagging in the CRM so every lead is attributed correctly.
• Work daily with the sales team on lead quality, follow-up speed and feedback loops.
• Run nurture flows on email and WhatsApp for leads not yet ready to apply.
• Keep all ad copy compliant: no unapproved institute names, logos or claims, and no guaranteed-outcome language.
What we’re looking for
• 3–6 years in performance marketing, ideally in education, EdTech, or another high-ticket B2C lead-generation business.
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts with real budgets. LinkedIn Ads experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort with numbers: you think in CPL, CAC and conversion rates, and can build a simple spreadsheet model.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, pixels and landing-page tools.
• Ownership mindset: comfortable in an early-stage setting with no ready-made playbook.
