About the Role
We are looking for a energetic, commercially driven and result-oriented Director/Head – Sales & Marketing to lead the complete sales, marketing, promotion and customer acquisition functions for our residential project in Lucknow.
Reporting directly to the owners,



the selected candidate will take end-to-end responsibility for developing the sales strategy, building the team from scratch, establishing the project's market presence and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy: Develop sales plans, revenue targets, pricing recommendations and strategies to achieve timely sales and maximise project profitability.
• Team Building: Recruit, train and lead the complete sales and marketing team, including sales managers, relationship managers, telecallers and channel sales executives.
• Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, branding, advertising, social media promotions, property portal listings, events and project launches.
• Channel Partner Development: Build and manage a strong network of brokers, property consultants and channel partners to generate leads and drive sales.
