Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, supporting lead generation campaigns,



and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients in the B2B technology space. The specialist will collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to execute outreach activities, follow up on leads, and prepare presentations and proposals aligned with client needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking pipeline progress, and providing feedback to improve campaign effectiveness. The role also requires proactive customer engagement, coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, and consistent reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
