Job Description: Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder & CEO

About FinAGG
FinAGG is a Noida-based MSME fintech group building cash-flow-based credit for India’s small businesses. The group includes FameScore (RBI-authorised TSP and GST Suvidha Provider), FinAGG Services (Lending Service Provider) and QCF Capital (NBFC). We work with leading banks, NBFCs and large corporates on supply chain finance, GST-based working capital and lending technology.

The role
You will run the CEO’s operating cadence so that the CEO’s time goes to lenders, investors, product direction and brand, not to follow-ups. You are the CEO’s leverage. You turn priorities into owners, dates and closed loops, and you bring forward only the decisions that need the CEO.

What you will do
• Own the CEO’s priority and decision lists. Route every item to an owner with a deadline, follow up on the CEO’s behalf, and surface only what needs a decision.
• Run the weekly operating rhythm. This covers leadership reviews,



key lender programme reviews, channel-partner escalation reviews, finance reviews and the investor/board calendar. You prepare pre-reads, capture actions and track them to closure.
• Prepare board, investor and lender materials with Finance: the monthly MIS deck, fundraise models and data rooms.
• Drive receivables and commercial discipline. Track every PO, invoice and lender commercial through to collection and closure, working with Finance and Operations.
• Lead special projects the CEO assigns, such as new product launches with banking partners and go-to-market decisions for recent business lines.

What we are looking for
• 6 to 10 years in management consulting, investment banking, fintech, or NBFC/bank strategy or the founder’s office
• Has worked directly with a CEO or founder and knows how to run their calendar of priorities, not just their calendar
