Experience- 0-4 years ( Freshers are encouraged)
Must have knowledge of Mutual Funds and NISM Certification.
Language- English, Regional Language, Hindi( not mandatory)
Role Description The Virtual Relationship Manager (Mutual Funds, Inside Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position involves engaging with existing and potential mutual fund investors via phone, email, and digital channels to explain products, answer queries, and support investment-related decisions. The role includes maintaining regular follow-ups, tracking leads, and updating customer information in CRM systems while meeting defined sales and relationship management targets. The Virtual Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, share customer feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients. The role also requires preparing basic reports on calls, conversions, and customer interactions,
and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards in all communications.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust over phone and digital channels.
• Candidates should possess sales and customer relationship management abilities, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and working toward defined targets.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of mutual funds and personal finance, or a willingness to learn and undergo product training.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to document interactions and prepare reports.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field are beneficial; prior experience in inside sales or financial services is an added advantage.
