Your Mandate
You will be accountable for building Fintoo’s Bengaluru advisory business across four dimensions: business growth, advisory excellence, client relationships and team leadership. You will lead from the front, personally engage with key prospects and clients, establish a predictable business pipeline and create a high-performance culture focused on ownership, ethical advice and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Building & Revenue Ownership
• Own the Bengaluru business plan, revenue targets, growth strategy and profitability.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for affluent professionals,
HNI clients and other relevant customer segments.
• Build a predictable pipeline through referrals, professional networks, chartered accountants, corporate relationships and strategic alliances.
• Personally lead key client conversations, business negotiations and high-value conversions.
• Manage the customer journey from prospecting and discovery to financial planning, paid engagement, onboarding and long-term advisory.
• Identify growth opportunities, improve conversion ratios and strengthen revenue productivity; present forecasts and quarterly plans to senior management.
2. Wealth Advisory & Financial Planning Excellence
• Champion a planning-led, fiduciary and client-first advisory approach.
