The Role

We're looking for someone who will own the HR function at GroomYourGram, someone who will be setting direction, building systems and ensuring the company holds upto them. You can expect two-thirds of your time on planning, strategy and systems and one-third hands on execution. You'll work closely with the core team to ensure the company nudges into the direction set in the coming term(s).

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across influencer marketing, strategy, content and BD
• Plan headcount with team leads, including scaling up for the festive season




• Set up and enforce HR systems: onboarding, KRAs, attendance, policies
• Run regular performance review meetings
• Design appraisal cycles and retention plans
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives as the team grows

Requirements

• 2-3 years in HR with generalist exposure
• Hands-on experience in setting up HR processes, appraisals and retention plans
• Robust sourcing and screening skills
• Ownership and Accountability is a must
• Agency, Media or Marketing background is a plus
