Job Description:
NoBroker is looking for experienced Business Development Managers to lead and manage a team of 7 field sales professionals. The role involves driving revenue, achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, handling customer meetings, negotiations, and property deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of field sales professionals.
- Drive revenue, productivity, conversions, and business targets.
- Oversee customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of overall sales experience.
- Mandatory team-handling and field sales experience.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in real estate, BFSI, automotive, consumer sales, or similar target-driven industries is preferred.
