Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and member satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous feedback.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of fitness professionals.
• Member Experience
• Deliver an exceptional fitness experience to all members.
• Resolve member concerns and ensure high retention through proactive engagement.
• Conduct fitness consultations and guide members towards achieving their fitness goals.
• Ensure adherence to Cultfit's service standards and operational excellence.




• Business & Revenue
• Drive Personal Training (PT) revenue and achieve monthly business targets.
• Monitor PT conversions, renewals, and member engagement metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve club performance and member retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business growth.
• Operations
• Oversee daily gym operations and maintain smooth centre functioning.
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor centre KPIs.

• Ensure trainers follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support audits and compliance requirements as per company policies.
