Role: Territory Sales Manager (Assistant Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive prepaid business growth and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Expand and strengthen the distribution and retail network.
• Increase SIM and Data selling outlets across the assigned territory.
• Drive channel profitability and partner satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Retailers, and Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
• Conduct market analysis and provide actionable insights on customer trends and competitor activities.




• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and network performance.

Required Skills:
• Strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with large teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
