Role Description
The International Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role is responsible for developing and growing export sales of rubber conveyor belts and engineering products, including identifying and approaching new clients, distributors, and agents in international markets. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets and competitors, generating leads through B2B platforms, trade fairs, and direct outreach,



preparing and negotiating export quotations, and closing orders with overseas buyers. Compensation includes a fixed component plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications
• 4-8 years of proven experience in export sales or international B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, engineering goods, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying new overseas clients, distributors, or agents and converting them into repeat customers.
• Existing network or proven access to buyers, distributors, or agents in the UAE, US, and European markets is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of export processes and documentation, including Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.), commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and payment terms such as LC and advance payment.
• Familiarity with DGFT regulations, IEC, HS codes, and export incentives or schem
