Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced professional to lead international marketing and pharmaceutical export business development, focusing on recent customer acquisition, contract manufacturing and private-label business.
Key Responsibilities• Develop pharmaceutical export business across Africa, Middle East, CIS, APAC and Latin America.
• Acquire international customers, importers, distributors and merchant exporters.
• Generate business for third-party manufacturing, contract manufacturing and private-label products.
• Develop new markets, manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with regulatory, production and logistics teams for export orders.
• Achieve sales targets, maintain profitability and ensure timely payment collection.




• Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs.

Candidate Requirements

• 10-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports and international business development.
• Strong experience in customer acquisition, export sales and contract manufacturing.
• Established international customer network and excellent negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Key Performance Indicators• Export sales and profitability growth.
• New customer acquisition and market development.
• Contract manufacturing and private-label order generation.
• Customer retention and timely payment realization.

Compensation: Depending on experience and business potential. (Not Capped)
