The role
You will be the lead application strategist for our students, from the first profile discussion to the final submission. You will build each student’s profile and run their full application journey for top universities worldwide, including the Ivy League, Oxford and Cambridge, and leading universities in Europe, the UK, Ireland and Singapore. You will be the student’s and parents’ trusted point of contact throughout.

What you will do




• Evaluate each student’s academic record, interests and goals, and build a personalised long-term profile and admissions roadmap
• Plan and guide profile building: academics, extracurriculars, leadership, research, internships, competitions, summer programs and portfolios
• Build balanced university shortlists (ambitious, target and safe) across the US, UK, Europe, Ireland, Singapore and other destinations
• Mentor students on personal statements, essays, SOPs and resumes, and review recommendation letters, through multiple drafts
• Prepare students for admissions interviews, including Oxbridge, Ivy League and other selective interviews
• Manage applications end to end: UCAS, Common App, Coalition, direct university portals and country-specific systems
• Track deadlines, documents, test plans (SAT/ACT/IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT) and submission timelines with full accuracy
• Mentor junior team members and help raise the qu
