Role Overview
We are looking for a HubSpot Expert to act as the technical and functional subject-matter expert across AIONCREST's Sales, Onboarding and Implementation teams.
The primary responsibility of this role is to solve complex HubSpot challenges, guide implementation teams, validate technical approaches, and support the Sales team during technical discovery and solution discussions.

You will work across different HubSpot Hubs, understand client business requirements, determine the best way to implement them within HubSpot, and identify platform limitations, integrations, workarounds or custom solutions where required.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with teams and clients,



and being the person others turn to when they need a definitive answer on "Can HubSpot do this, and if yes, how?"

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Onboarding Support
• Act as the HubSpot subject-matter expert for onboarding and implementation teams.
• Support teams with complex CRM configuration, workflows, pipelines, properties, automation and reporting requirements.
• Review proposed implementation approaches and recommend the most effective HubSpot solution.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide practical solutions.
• Help teams resolve blockers related to HubSpot functionality, configuration and product limitations.
• Review completed builds to ensure they follow HubSpot best practices and client requirements.
• Support teams in handling complex client requirements that go beyond standard configurations.

2. Technical Problem Solving
• Investigate and resolve complex HubSpot
