Revigro Marketing is hiring an experienced Operations Manager / Operations Head to lead day-to-day agency operations, ensure timely project delivery, improve team productivity, and coordinate across Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Creative, Content, Client Servicing, and Print Media teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall agency operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
• Coordinate between Client Servicing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Creative, Content, and Print Media teams.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, priorities, approvals, and deadlines.
• Manage team capacity, resource allocation, workload, and productivity.
• Ensure client deliverables are completed as per scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, checklists, and reporting systems to improve efficiency.
• Track pending tasks, dependencies, escalations, and operational bottlenecks.
• Handle internal and client-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor quality, department-wise performance, and overall delivery standards.
• Support management in business planning, resource utilization, and agency growth.
Requirements
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Agency Operations.
• Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows, client delivery, and campaign execution.
• Experience managing multiple teams and client projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, Content, SEO, and Print Media.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and execution mindset.
