Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for home healthcare services. Responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their healthcare needs, presenting suitable service options, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.



The role involves coordinating with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery, following up with customers to support retention, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Inside Sales Representative will also provide timely, empathetic customer support, share feedback from customers with internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
