Work Timings : Day Shift Only

Job Type : On-roll full time

Key Responsibilities
• Handle and resolve customer/partner queries effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Ensure queries are resolved within defined TAT
• Maintain proper query records and follow-ups
• Understand issues and provide accurate solutions
• Handle communication through email and phone
• Follow defined processes, SOPs & escalation guidelines

Skills Required
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Positive analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong query-handling ability
• Follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple queries responsibly
