Anna Simona is a premium D2C baby, kids, and home essentials brand based in Mumbai. We’re bringing our performance marketing fully in-house and looking for someone who knows how to build and scale paid campaigns that drive real revenue — not just impressions and reach.

This is a hands-on execution role. We’re not looking for a brand strategist or a generalist marketer. We need someone who lives in Ads Manager, knows how to read data, and can translate it into better campaigns week on week.

What you’ll own:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — end-to-end campaign management, audience building, creative testing, and scaling what works
• Google Ads — search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns tailored to a D2C product catalogue
• Retention marketing — setting up and optimising email and WhatsApp flows, re-engagement campaigns, and repeat purchase journeys
• Budget management, ROAS tracking, and weekly performance reporting
• Working closely with the founder on campaign direction, creative briefs, and growth priorities

What we’re looking for:




• 3–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads, specifically for D2C brands — not agency side managing multiple unrelated accounts
• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, baby, kids, or home categories is a strong plus — understanding the customer and the aesthetic matters here
• Proven ability to manage budgets efficiently and improve ROAS over time
• Hands-on experience with retention tools — Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar
• Comfortable pulling insights from Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Shopify dashboards
• Strong copywriting instincts for ad copy — you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what messaging works
• Based in Mumbai; this is an on-site role
• Someone who takes full ownership, moves rapid, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
