Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure, focusing on high-value ERP and enterprise software deployments in major industrial, retail, and tech clusters across South India.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by engaging directly with CFOs, CIOs, CEOs, and promoters to influence final decision-making.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, managing long-term, strategic sales cycles.
• Strategically map out the South Indian market (including manufacturing, CPG, retail chains) to displace legacy systems.
• Travel extensively across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala to meet prospects, build local relationships, and drive on-ground closures.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 8-13+ years of total experience in B2B Corporate / Enterprise Sales.
• Robust initial career background rooted in Hunting Sales across IT, Hardware, or ERP software.
• Demonstrable success in navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a proven "hunting and closure" instinct.




• Stable, progressive career track record.
• Deep understanding of the ERP Sales Lifecycle across cloud, on-premise, or niche industry-specific solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively based on business and client needs.
• Background from Tier 1/Top Enterprise product companies (SAAS/CRM/WMS), smaller SAP/Oracle partner networks, specialized CRM partner ecosystems, niche & local ERPs Software companies, or large resellers (LAR) like Sonata.

Preferred

• Experience in consultative sales and territory expansion strategies.
• Proven ability to penetrate large enterprise accounts and secure high-value partnerships.
• Familiarity with South Indian enterprise hubs and key industry clusters.
