Role Description The HR & Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding,



and assisting with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role also includes handling basic accounting functions such as maintaining ledgers, processing invoices and expense claims, assisting with payroll inputs, and supporting monthly reconciliations and financial reporting. The HR & Accounts Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, while helping maintain accurate documentation and smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
