About the Role
NAL Academy is looking for smart, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to join its Higher Education – B2B team as Business Development Interns.

In this role, you will connect with colleges and universities, engage with institutional decision-makers, and support business development initiatives. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and institutional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions.
• Connect with key stakeholders, including college management, principals, directors, department heads, and placement or training officers.
• Introduce NAL Academy’s offerings and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
• Identify prospective institutions and generate qualified business leads.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with interested institutions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads,



interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with the Higher Education sales team to support business development objectives.
