Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and maintenance of HR records. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by handling queries, addressing concerns, coordinating performance management activities, and assisting in conflict resolution.



Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and coordinating interviews. The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives, assisting with payroll inputs, and preparing HR reports for management to support data-driven decisions.
