Role PurposeDirect internal operations across both brands, taking full ownership of production, logistics, warehousing, and operational reporting. You will ensure every item sent to retail outlets, end-consumers, or B2B partners maintains seamless punctuality, full regulatory compliance, and pristine brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Operations
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules for chocolates, pastries, baked goods, and corporate gift offerings
• Establish operational guidelines to safeguard product uniformity, quality standards, and kitchen efficiency
• Track production yields, waste metrics, and facility usage rates
• Maintain full compliance with FSSAI, BMC, health, and workplace safety standards

2. Supply Chain & Procurement
• Oversee purchasing strategies and cultivate vendor relationships
• Secure competitive component pricing without lowering ingredient quality
• Manage safety stock thresholds while honoring working capital targets
• Protect ingredient availability during peak sales cycles

3. Warehouse & Inventory
Improve stock record precision and storage transparency
• Enforce strict FIFO and FEFO inventory rotation systems
• Refine facility layout to accelerate material p
