Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure for interior design and related services. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies,



building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in residential interiors and turnkey solutions. The Sales Manager will collaborate with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, analyzing market trends, and representing Montdor Interior at client meetings, industry events, and partner interactions.
