The Mandate: Strategic Growth & Sales Enablement
We are seeking a sophisticated and highly strategic B2B Marketing Specialist to act as a core driver of our commercial growth.



We are looking for an agile marketer with a "company-building" mindset, someone who operates with strategic maturity and understands how to scale a B2B brand in a complex, technical manufacturing workplace.
Your overarching objective is to bridge product engineering, brand authority, and direct sales velocity. You will build the narrative that positions BENZ Packaging as the ultimate technical consultant for our OEM partners, generating high-intent demand and equipping our sales team with world-class closing tools.

Key Responsibilities
