ABOUT NAZR
Nazr is India's first integrated women's safety ecosystem, built for the modern woman who wants to move freely. We make safety tools that look good and work hard: On Me (a bag-clip pepper spray), Sip Check (a seal that stops drink spiking), and the Nazr app (live trip tracking, Trusted Circle and SOS). We're a small, women-led team in Mumbai, and our brand is about confidence, never fear.
THE ROLE
You'll help bring Nazr to companies, colleges, and hospitality and event partners across India and beyond. You'll find the right people, open conversations, pitch Nazr, and see deals through to close. You'll report to our Co-founder & COO, work closely with our operations team, and learn directly from the founders.
This role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, thinks rapid on a call, and doesn't let a good lead go cold.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research and build lead lists of companies, colleges, hostels, venues and event organisers
- Reach out by email, LinkedIn and phone to set up meetings
- Pitch Nazr on calls and in person,
and handle questions with confidence
- Put together proposals and quotes with the founders
- Follow up until there's a clear yes or no
- Keep our partnerships pipeline updated and share a simple weekly report
- Support partner events, workshops and activations
WHO YOU ARE
- 1.5 to 3 years in business development, B2B sales or partnerships
- Excellent spoken and written English; you can hold a room or a call
- Quick on your feet when a conversation goes off-script
- Comfortable with cold outreach and not put off by a "no"
- Organised with follow-ups and pipelines
- Coachable: you take feedback well and act on it fast
- You care about women's safety and want to build something meaningful
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling to HR teams, colleges, or hospitality and events
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or a CRM
- Hindi or Marathi
