We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee regularisation.
• Coordinate internship and recruitment drives with colleges.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining daily recruitmen
