Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be willing to work in a field-based sales environment.
Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into bookings.
• Negotiate with customers within company guidelines.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up updates in the CRM.
• Work towards monthly sales and booking targets.

Required Skills
• Strong verbal communication in English and Kannada.
• Good interpersonal,



negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• A positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for customer meetings and site visits.

Eligibility Criteria
• Any graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Schedule
• working days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• One rotational weekday off.
• On-site and field-based work in Bengaluru.
