The role will own product strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery of business capabilities that accelerate airline modernization across retailing, Offer & Order transformation, operations, servicing, and AI-driven automation.
The ideal candidate combines deep airline industry knowledge with up-to-date product management practices and can translate airline business challenges into scalable platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with airlines, industry stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify high-value platform opportunities.
• Prioritize features across:
• Offer & Order Management
• PSS Modernization
• NDC / One Order
• Airline Knowledge Graphs
• Agentic AI
• Operational Intelligence
• Customer Servicing
• Create business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive customer discovery, product validation, and MVP definition.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, data scientists, and engineering teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitive offerings from airline technology providers.
• Define product success metrics and commercialization strategies.
Required Experience
• 10+ years of experience in airline technology, product management, or airline digital transformation.
