About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns for our clients across hospitality, D2C/e-commerce, healthcare, and other industries.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with excellent knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, lead generation, and performance optimisation.

We need someone who understands not just how to run ads, but also *how to measure their actual impact on leads, sales, bookings, and business growth.*

Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Handle lead generation, website traffic, online sales, restaurant reservations, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets across multiple clients and industries.
- Improve campaign performance through audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.




- Focus on achieving measurable results while improving ROAS, CPL, CPA, and customer acquisition costs.

2. Conversion Tracking & Analytics — Critical Requirement
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot *Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking*.
- Implement and verify conversion events, including form submissions, purchases, enquiries, calls, booking actions, and other client-specific goals.
- Work with Meta Conversions API (CAPI), event tracking, and conversion attribution.
- Understand Google Search Console (GSC) and use it alongside analytics tools to identify website performance issues.
- Ensure that tracking is accurate and conversions are being recorded correctly.
- Identify and resolve issues such as missing events, duplicate conversions, incorrect pixel configurations, and data discrepancies.
