Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in India. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and other relevant ad networks. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting and creative to maximize ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the strategy, design, and content teams to build effective funnels for restaurants, villas, and online stores,



and preparing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders. The Performance Marketer will stay current with platform updates and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in performance marketing, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management for paid channels (e.g., Meta Ads and other social or search platforms).
• Solid analytical capabilities, with experience using data and analytics tools to track KPIs, run A/B tests, interpret results, and make data-informed decisions.
• Experience in funnel design and conversion rate optimization for ecommerce, hospitality, or similar sectors (e.g., restaurants, villas, online stores).
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing as they relate to integrated digital strategies.
