We are looking for an experienced and technically knowledgeable Business Development Executive who understands software products and can confidently sell technology solutions to businesses.
Job Responsibilities• Conduct field sales activities and visit businesses across Lucknow to generate recent customers.
• Identify potential clients, business owners, and decision-makers who can benefit from Mingrow's software solutions.
• Demonstrate and explain CRM software, business management systems, workflow automation,



and other digital business tools.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Explain software features, functionality, benefits, pricing, and implementation processes to prospective customers.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and independent prospecting.
• Conduct product demonstrations and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Handle basic technical and product-related questions during sales discussions and coordinate complex queries with the technical team.
• Maintain customer records, sales activities, follow-ups, and deal status in Mingrow CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Submit weekly sales pipeline reports and provide regular updates to the
