Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
✅ Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline management.
✅ Conduct team training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
✅ Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve productivity.




✅ Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and CRM discipline.

What We’re Looking For
? Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
? 6+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in EdTech or B2C sales.
? Minimum 3 years of team handling experience is mandatory.
? Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
