We provide personalized study abroad counseling through a robust network of universities and international education partners.

We are looking for a Study Abroad Counselor to guide students through the complete overseas education journey—from course and university selection to applications, documentation, visa guidance, and pre-departure support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities.
• Handle university shortlisting, applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams.




• Conduct seminars, workshops, and student outreach activities.
• Support visa, accommodation, and pre-departure processes.
• Work closely with the IELTS team and contribute to business development activities.

Requirment :
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of international education and study abroad processes.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; overseas education experience is an advantage.
• Full-time, on-site role in Pune District.
