About the Role

EaseMyTrip.com is looking for enthusiastic, target-driven and customer-focused Holiday Sales Consultants to join our growing Holidays division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting customer enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings, selling domestic and international travel packages, generating revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for passionate sales professionals with robust destination knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages and close bookings effectively.

The role offers an opportunity to work with one of India's leading travel platforms while contributing directly to the growth of our Holidays business.

Role & responsibilities

• Holiday Package Sales: Sell domestic and international holiday packages to individual travellers, families, couples and groups while consistently achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation: Handle inbound customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp,



email and digital channels, converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Customer Requirement Analysis: Understand customer budgets, destination preferences, travel dates and expectations to recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Customized Holiday Packages: Prepare personalized travel itineraries, quotations and holiday proposals covering hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities and other travel services.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual monthly booking, revenue, conversion and gross-profit targets.
• Follow-ups & Sales Closures: Proactively follow up with prospective customers, address objections, negotiate commercially viable offers and close sales within defined timelines.
• Destination & Product Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, hotels, attractions, seasonal travel trends and holiday
