Role Description We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced post-press machinery, including die-cutting, flute laminating and folder-gluing machines. The role involves on-site customer support, preventive maintenance, technical problem-solving, operator training, and ensuring optimal machine performance, minimal downtime, and high customer satisfaction through reliable after-sales service.

What we seek?
• Hands-on experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial machinery, preferably printing and packaging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems,



sensors, motors, and machine automation.
• Ability to diagnose technical faults and perform effective repairs independently.
• Familiarity with installation, commissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer-site visits, installations, and service assignments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, customer-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers, explain technical issues, and provide operator training.
• Ability to work independently, manage service schedules, and prepare detailed service reports.
• A proactive attitude, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn current technologies and advanced machinery.
