About The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, lead generation, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing. You’re analytical, proactive, and driven by measurable results in growth, customer acquisition, and ROI.

What You’ll Do

Performance Marketing

• Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, display networks, and ChatGPT Ads (where available).
• Manage budgets, targeting, remarketing, creatives, conversion tracking, and A/B tests.
• Track CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and CVR to improve performance and ROI.

SEO and Organic Growth

• Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Run keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content-gap analysis.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting

• Manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.
• Build dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.




• Analyze funnels and attribution to find growth opportunities.

Lead Generation and CRO

• Drive qualified leads through paid and organic channels.
• Track lead quality and funnel conversion rates.
• Work with Sales to improve lead conversion and landing-page performance.

Automation and AI

• Build marketing workflows in n8n, Zapier, and Make.
• Connect CRMs, APIs, and webhooks to streamline processes.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot for research, content, analysis, and automation.

Content and Creative

• Support social campaigns, ad creatives, reels, videos, and thumbnails using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and AI creative tools.

Must-haves

• 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results in lead generation and acquisition.
• Solid skills in paid ads, SEO, GA4, GTM, Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Reporting experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, Exce
