Job Title: Inbound Executive

Job Summary: - Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through regular audits, cycle counts, and process adherence. The role ensures stock accuracy, minimizes losses, and supports smooth warehouse and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound activity for Fabric, Chemical, Part inventory, zipper inventory
• Perform inbound verification to ensure accuracy of received goods against documentation
• Monitor and enforce process adherence across inventory handling and storage
• Purchase order verification and GRN compliance, Invoice submission
• Maintain accurate records in inventory systems and
• Coordinate with warehouse/store teams to resolve stock variances




• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control standards

Requirements:
• Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / relevant field
• 5–6 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or retail operations
• Basic commercial knowledge and understanding of inventory processes
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS preferred)
• Valuable communication and coordination skills
• Textile Industry background is required
