Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales professional will engage with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and digital channels to promote Bridge Health’s preventive healthcare solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining product offerings, addressing customer queries, and guiding potential clients through the sales process.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inquiries, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The individual will also contribute to improving sales processes, gather customer feedback, and support campaigns aimed at increasing adoption of Bridge Health services.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and clearly explain healthcare solutions.
• Experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
• Ability to use CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
