Job Purpose The HR Lead will head the human resource function at KMEW, aligning people strategies with our rapid business expansion in dredging, shipowning, and marine engineering. This role bridges the gap between our corporate office teams, shipyard personnel, and offshore site staff to maintain institutional compliance, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning & Organizational Design Collaborate with executive leadership (MD, CEO, CFO) to design organizational updates that support business scaling across multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures.
• Marine & Corporate Recruitment End-to-end management of the talent acquisition pipeline—ranging from corporate roles at the Chembur office to technical site management and specialized offshore personnel.
• Defining KRA and KPI for the departments and tracking the same on quarterly basis.

CTC between 15 to 20 Lakhs depending on the experience and ability to take responsibility.
