Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken, and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our team at our Satya Niketan, New Delhi office.





The role primarily involves handling incoming guest enquiries, managing leads generated through digital advertising campaigns, communicating resort offerings, and following up with prospective guests to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional and friendly approach to guest interactions, and a strong interest in hospitality sales.

This position is suited to someone with at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field who is eager to develop their skills and grow within the hospitality industry. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming guest enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage and respond to leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, website enquiries, and other marketing campaigns.
