Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who lives and breathes gaming and tech. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of GameLoot and perform activities like assisting customers with order inquiries, sell order enquiries, hardware compatibility, and repair updates.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction:



Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, delivery status, and sell order pickups.
• Tech & Hardware Assistance: Guide customers through basic hardware choices, console differences, and product condition inquiries.
• Sell order & Repair Coordination: Help sellers understand the trade-in process (doorstep pickup, bank transfer vs. store credit) and update customers on console/handheld repair progress.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns with empathy, accuracy, and quick turnaround times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must-Have Tech Knowledge: Gamer & Tech Hardware Passion: You must be genuinely interested in video games and computer hardware.
• PC Hardware Fundamentals: You should know key PC components inside out specifically understanding what a CPU, GPU, RAM, and Motherboard do, and the practical differences between them.
• Console Literacy: Solid knowledge of major gaming platfor
