Role Description This full-time, in office Sales Manager role is based at the Luxon TATA dealership in Kottayam. The Sales Manager leads the sales team, sets targets, and monitors performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing showroom operations, overseeing customer interactions, and ensuring high standards of service. The role involves coaching and mentoring sales staff, coordinating with Tata Motors and internal departments on promotions and inventory, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
The Sales Manager also handles key customer negotiations, supports finance and insurance processes, and represents the dealership in local market initiatives.

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management, including team leadership and performance management.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales in a competitive market.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, plan targets, and analyze sales data to drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams and collaborate across departments.
• Sound understanding of dealership operations, vehicle financing, and local market dynamics in Kerala (experience in Kottayam is an advantage).
