About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic B2B Senior Manager (Sales) – Wealth Management, specializing in Partner and Business Acquisition. The ideal candidate brings a strong B2B sales and business development background with a proven track record of building relationships with professionals and businesses — plus an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to forging B2B partnerships and generating qualified business opportunities for Guardian.

What We're Looking
For2–3 years of B2B/business development experience
Proven field-sales experience with the ability to build your own pipeline
Experience selling to professionals, businesses, or decision-makers
Experience managing relationship-led sales cycles
Experience with CA firms or professional networks preferred
What You'll Do
Partner Acquisition & Referrals
• Proactively identify and approach potential B2B partners through daily outreach (calls, emails) and in-person meetings
• Build relationships with CAs, doctors, hospitals, business owners, and other professionals
• Maintain 10+ active professional relationships and generate qualified referrals through regular engagement
