Role Description The HR Manager role at Creators Mind™ is a full-time, in office position based in Patna. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. This role will involve designing and updating HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company guidelines.



The HR Manager will support managers in workforce planning, handle employee relations and conflict resolution, and coordinate training and development initiatives. The role will also include managing payroll inputs, benefits administration, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent onboarding, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
• Demonstrated ability in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes, including handling appraisals and evaluations.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in organizational HR management.
• Proficiency in HR software, HRIS tools, and MS Office
