About the Company

Starke Aquacare Technologies is an Indian manufacturer and supplier of water treatment filtration media, serving domestic and international markets.

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and independently working Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, financial reporting, and export-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain accurate daily accounting entries in Tally.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Prepare supplier, transporter, and other vendor payment statements.

Maintain proper purchase bills, sales invoices, vouchers, and expense records.

Perform fortnightly bank reconciliation and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.





Monitor outstanding payments, collections, and vendor balances.

2. Quarterly Profit & Loss & Financial Reporting

Prepare quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements.

Calculate gross profit, operating expenses, and net profitability.

Prepare Balance Sheets and financial summaries for management review.

Reconcile inventory, purchases, sales, and expenses before quarterly closing.

Analyze quarterly financial performance and identify significant variations.

3. Advance Income Tax & TDS

Calculate estimated annual taxable income based on quarterly financial results.

Prepare quarterly advance income tax calculations and coordinate timely payments.

Maintain TDS deductions, payments, returns, and reconciliations.

Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for income tax compliance and annual finalization.

4. GST Compliance

Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B within prescribed deadlines.

Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase reco
