It helps customers access products and experiences while splitting their bills into easy, transparent installments. SaveIN focuses on no-cost or low-cost options, making financing more accessible and customer-friendly.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role involves leading the finance team, developing and implementing financial strategies, managing cash flow, and supporting fundraising and investor relations as needed. The Head of Finance will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities:





Financial Accounting & Reporting
o Own end-to-end accounting, including journals, the general ledger, payables, receivables and period-end closures.
o Ensure accurate, timely and complete financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and financial dashboards.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
o Prepare annual budgets, operating plans, cash-flow forecasts and periodic financial projections.
o Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
o Prepare financial information and analysis for board meetings, investor updates and senior management reviews.
o Support financial modelling, business planning, scenario analysis and evaluation of recent initiatives to inform strategic and commercial decisions
