? Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals and learning requirements.
- Guide students towards suitable psychology programs by explaining the curriculum, eligibility, fees and career opportunities.
- Handle queries, address concerns and resolve objections related to courses and admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert qualified enquiries into enrolments.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes and updates in the CRM.
- Manage the admissions pipeline and assist candidates throughout the enrolment process.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, profiling and pitching abilities.
- Excellent follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales processes.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions or inside sales will be preferred.
- Exposure to the psychology or education industry will be an added advantage.
