Role Description The Assistant Strategy Manager role is a full time, remote position responsible for supporting strategic planning and execution across PInterview’s products and services. This role involves conducting market and competitive research,



analyzing user data and feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve the platform’s offerings and overall user experience. The Assistant Strategy Manager will assist in developing business plans, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and operations to drive implementation. Daily tasks include preparing reports and presentations for leadership, tracking key performance metrics, coordinating with external partners or consultants, and ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day activities. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, structured communication, and an ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
