We are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build a robust enterprise sales pipeline, and lead the end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, enterprise client acquisition, consultative selling, and strategic account management.

What You Will Own1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy• Own and drive individual and team sales targets,



revenue goals, and quarterly business objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Identify target industries, customer segments, and high-value business opportunities.
• Build a predictable sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, referrals, partnerships, and strategic networking.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery to negotiation, closure, and revenue realisation.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve conversions.
• Contribute to revenue planning, budgeting, and sales growth forecasts.
